Red Squirrel

Jo, the kids and I went for a walk today in a forest near the Vilaine river, on the outskirts of Marzan and we saw some fantastic wildlife sights, including Woodpeckers, many Butterflies, Lizards, Giant Slugs and a Red Squirrel. These Squirrels are seldom seen these days, having been ousted from most places in Western Europe by their more aggressive Amercian cousins, the Grey Squirrel.
